You may return most new, unopened items within the same day of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return costs of delivery if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 45 days of giving your flowers back to the delivery team, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If the delivery address was in Abu Dhabi then we will collect the flowers on the same day.
